Who we are

Hey there I'm Baruch Polaitzky the head baker at poly bakehouse. I've been baking sourdough breads for 10 years. Over that period I've developed unique techniques to the process of sourdough making. I'm proud to have a team of skilled bakers to further our mission to bring the healthiest and best possible quality organic sourdough products to customers.

Our products

All our products are handmade and 100% Organic, refined sugar-free, seed oil-free, egg free and vegan. Our baked goods are made with Organic ancient grains which is what G-d intended for us to eat. All our bakeware are PTFE-free and non toxic. Health and quality are our top priority!
